Q. Is the sweatsuit easy to put on and take off?
A. Yes, once you have the right technique. First, place over head. Next, gently place in front paws one at a time from inside the sweatsuit. Finally, pull back sweatsuit and gently place in each back paw one at a time. Protect the toe nails and paws. All in under 60 seconds.
Q. Where do you ship from? (updated 9/15/23)
A. We ship from our home office in Chicago, IL. All orders will be fulfilled every Monday morning through the previous Sunday at 10pm CST. Holidays that fall on Monday will be shipped out the following Tuesday. Please keep this timeframe in mind when purchasing because there will be no exceptions.
Q. Do our famous boxer sweatsuits fit boxer dog’s wide chests and overall body type?
A. YES! We specifically designed the boxer sweatsuit for every contour of the boxer physique. You can be rest assured that your Boxer will love one of our four sizes we offer.
Q. How do I pick the best size?
A. Reference sizing chart on each product page. It is true to size. Sizing is more about chest circumference and back length, than weight of the boxer. Please measure multiple times and in the correct location on their body before purchasing. Back length is measured from base of neck to the start of boxer’s tail.
Q. What size should I choose if we are in between sizes?
A. We advise to always pick the larger size because of the nature of a sweatsuit, as long as, neither the back or chest is more than 4 inches too long.
Q. Is the Boxer sweatsuit a one-piece of two-piece?
A. The famous boxer sweatsuit has a one-piece design.
Q. Can my Boxer go pee and poop in the sweatsuit?
A. Yes, the sweatsuit is entirely open from the belly to the top of their tail with form fitting elastic. Please follow sizing guidelines to have back length end at the base of the tail.
Q. Can the sweatsuit be altered if need be?
A. Yes, the sweatsuit was designed with a hip band where the material can easily be tucked underneath and modified with just a little bit of needle and thread.
Q. Can our boxer play and run in the sweatsuit?
A. Yes, zoomies will still happen! Walking, running, and hiking in cooler temperatures is highly recommended. Please always supervise your boxer with the sweatsuit on especially with other dogs around that like to play with each other.
Q. Can the sweatsuit be worn inside safely?
A. Yes, we receive reviews all the time that their boxer does not want to take them off when they get inside. Also, we hear frequently that the sweatsuit helps with their anxiety and calming them down overall. Boxers love snuggling in them and naturally have the tendency to use the hoodie to cover their heads when lounging and taking naps.
Q. Does the sweatsuit comes in all different colors?
A. Currently, our primary colors are grey, black, and pink. We will have exclusive limited edition launches of other colors per seasonal and holiday events throughout the year. For 2023, we have at least four separate launches planned this year.
Q. How does the sweatsuit do in the wash?
A. The sweatsuit is made with 100% polyester and holds up great in the wash. Please tie the hood strings in a knot or bow before washing because they can come out with vigorous wash and dry cycles.
Q. Can I exchange the sweatsuit for a different size or color after purchase?
A. No. We offer a 14 day return policy since delivery of items up until January 1st 2024. To be eligible for an return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, the boxer owner must also return it in the original packaging. Please email us at everythingboxerdogsstore@gmail.com and ask for a return label at zero cost.
Q. Can I return if our boxer does not like it?
A. No, We only accept returns for item defects, not sizing issues. Please reference our return policy here: https://everythingboxerdogs.com/policies/refund-policy
Q. Can the strings come out of the hood?
A. Yes, please place them in a knot or bow before washing or rough housing with other dogs.
Q. Can I get the sweatsuit without the hood?
A. No, our famous sweatsuits all have a hoodie attached.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. We partnered with USPS (2-4 business days) Mail across the United States. Shipping timeframes depend on what part of the country you live. Orders that contain pre-order items will be fulfilled the very next day when all items in the cart have been processed and are in stock.
Q. Can I cancel my order?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we offer USPS Priority International (6-10 business days) Mail with full tracking available from start to finish. Also, we currently offer First Class International for Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom at a discounted rate. Customers are responsible for shipping and custom fee's. Please refer to international page for frequent new updates and exclusive coupons for our international boxer families.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. You will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation e-mail with order number after placing their orders. Also, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information immediately after being fulfilled.
